Kui palju tohib võlgniku töötasust arestida 09.01.2018.a. kehtima hakanud täitemenetluse seaduse järgi.Töötaja brutopalk on 650 eurot,sellest maksuvaba 500 ja kogumispensioniga liitunud ei ole.Kasvatab üht alaealist last.

Seda sai kasutada siiani aga uus seadus ütleb, et kui võlgnik teenib 500 euot kuus ja muid seaduses toodud erisusi talle ei laiene, siis sellest võib kinni pidada 20% ehk 100 eurot.Kätte 400.- eurot.??
